Henkel (MA, cognitive psychology, SUNY, Stony Brook) has been an editorial assistant on the Journal of the American Society for Psychical Research and Parapsychology Abstracts International for 6 years and has served as editor for several volumes of RIP. Gertrude R. Schmeidler (Ph.D., Harvard) has been actively involved in parapsychology for 50 years. A past president of the Parapsychological Association and the American Society for Psychical Research, she has edited and co-authored numerous books and chapters on parapsychology and has written over 100 articles.
