Contents are Good overall, untorn and complete with some light foxing and early owner's names. The covers have some spotti ng to the rear and insect damage along the rear edge of the spine, not affecting the tightness of the binding. A decent, useable reading copy.

Very good condition with slight sunning to spine, clean covers, no previous owner marks or writing on any pages, fore-edge foxing, foxing on first several pages (somewhat heavy) but little to no foxing past page 6 except opposite a few photo plates, solid binding. The book measures 214mm tall x 132mm, and has 179 pages, 16 b/w photos. Accounts of hard climbs (at the time) in the Mont Blanc Range by two brothers in the 1920s. They made first ascents of many routes including N Face Aiguille du Plan, N Face Grand Capuchin, Trident on Mont Blanc du Tucal. The first 50 pages are on climbs on the Italian Face of Mont Blanc. PHOTOS ARE OF THE ACTUAL BOOK BEING OFFERED.
