Asking the music publisher Maurice Schlesinger to send him a copy of "Septuor pour l'Engleterre" as a present for the Austrian Emperor: "Veuillez donner des ordres pour qu'on m'envoie un Ex: du Septuor pour l'Engleterre car le temps presse. L'ouvrage doit paraitre le 1er Mai. Aussitot que le titre sera gravé envoyez moi 1 ex: pour l'Empereur d'Autriche. Fare well [.]". - Address panel slightly torn (not touching text).
