Hardcover. Condizione: Fine. Condizione sovraccoperta: Fine. First Edition. Inscribed and dated by Kathleen Tuttle on the title page. Marston (1883-1946) was instrumental in establishing Pasadena, California as a winter resort and then as a thriving community. His residential designs span the range of styles from the Arts and Crafts through English Tudor and Monterey Colonial to, most importantly, Mediterranean Revival.
