Libro Prima edizione
Hardcover. Condizione: Very Good. Condizione sovraccoperta: No Dustjacket. Frith, Michael (illustratore). 1st Edition. First edition/first printing with full number line, hardcover, has a previous owner's name written in slightly sloppy black marker to head of verso of first free endpage and just starts to continue to head of title page, a tiny lean to the binding, slight bumps to spine ends and cover corners, faint rubbing with a few very small smudges, and a hint of shelfwear to case edges, otherwise a solid, tight VG copy.

Prima edizione
Condizione: Near fine. First edition, first printing of this Dr. Seuss take on the butterfly effect - the only title which Theodore Geisel wrote under the "Rosetta Stone" pen name. Cause and effect devolve into chaos in this tale of a chain reaction originating from a bug's sneeze. Theodore Geisel (AKA Dr. Seuss) teamed up with his friend and editor Michael Frith for BECAUSE A LITTLE BUG WENT KA-CHOO!, featuring that particularly Seussian combination of silly rhymes and lively artwork. This book was published in the same year that Frith joined Henson Associates as an art director, and one can certainly see the intersection of his illustrations for this title and the design of the Muppets. This is Geisel's only work under the pen name Rosetta Stone - partly inspired by the ancient artifact and partly by his second wife's maiden name, Stone. A rather scarce work in his large oeuvre. 9'' x 6.5''. Original color pictorial boards. Blue and white patterned endpapers with book synopsis. Illustrated in color. No jacket as issued. [20] leaves. Early $2.95 price sticker to front board. Binding corners and spine ends a bit bumped. Sound and bright.
