Condizione: Fair. 1951. First Edition. 124 pages. Pictorial dust jacket covered in removable plastic wrapper over light blue cloth. Contains black and white illustrations by Joan Kiddell-Monroe. Pages are lightly tanned with moderate foxing to endpapers and text block edges. Tape marks on paste-downs, with water staining and a few small nicks along text block edge. Occasional thumb-marking present throughout. Boards have light shelf-wear with minor corner bumping and slight crushing to spine ends. Book has a subtle forward lean and bow. Light sunning to spine and edges. Tape marks on rear board. Unclipped jacket has light surface wear, with small tears, chips and creasing to spine ends, edges and corners. Lightly tanned and foxed.
