L'autore: With over 30 years experience leading teams in corporate and non-profit environments, Patricia Hatley has a passion for helping people succeed. She is a cultural consultant and coach; intergenerational leadership expert; speaker; conducts workshops and seminars on leadership development within organizations and communities; and is a leadership researcher and writer. Her leadership research spans over five years and continues today. She is currently a manager with communications leader CenturyLink. She has a Masters of Science in Strategic Leadership?a study of transformational leadership in a shifting world; a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration; studied communications; and has been coached by numerous journalists, authors, and educators, as well as completing numerous leadership programs. In 2012 she published her first book, 4 Generations @ Work: Leading from Conflict to Collaboration, in which she shares her research on intergenerational leadership, historical implications, generational preferences and values, workplace implications, and recommendations to create high performing cultures and teams?in any organization.
