The hedgehog is very upset; he loves balloons but he can never keep them because they always burst on his spines. Then Percy comes up with an ingenious plan, and with the help of some old corks from the store shed, he solves the problem.
Nick Butterworth is one of the most successful author/illustrators today. His humour and his beautiful illustrations have made him a household name, particularly for his well-loved Percy the Park Keeper series.
