About the Author/Contributors Anthony S. Vlamis (residing in River Vale, New Jersey) has been in the field of business, professional, technical, and reference publishing for 25 years. A former executive editor at Simon & Schuster, Prentice-Hall, Amacom Books, and Van Nostrand Reinhold, he edited and published hundreds of titles in the business, industrial engineering, finance, and technology areas. He was a founder of Alexander Publishing and Marketing, a newsletter publisher and direct-marketing services agency. He is the author of Smart Leadership published by the American Management Association. Susan Heyboer O'Keefe is co-founder and editor of the monthly newsletter Secrets and Strategies for the Office Professional (Economics Press) and editor of Stroman and Wilson's Administrative Assistant's and Secretary's Handbook (AMACOM Books). Florence Stone has over 25 years of experience in management publishing at the American Management Association, most recently as senior editor responsible for all the organization's newsletters and journals.
