Kat Von D is the star of The Learning Channel s L.A. Ink, which has been the station s number-one-rated program for its 2007 and 2008 seasons, and will enter its third year in January 2009. Kat s makeup line launched with Sephora in June 2008, and she is also working on a line of apparel and starting her own eponymous magazine. She holds the Guinness World Record for doing the most tattoos in a 24-hour period. Her tattoo shop, High Voltage, is in Los Angeles, where she also lives.
