L'autore:

Guy Fieri is a celebrated chef and Food Network personality. The winner of the second season of The Next Food Network Star, Fieri was awarded a six-episode commitment for his own cooking show on Food Network, called Guy s Big Bite, which premiered in June 2006 and was renewed for a second season that began airing in early 2007. His second series, Diners, Drive-ins and Dives, premiered in April 2007 and sees Fieri traveling the country visiting local eateries. His third series, Ultimate Recipe Showdown, co-hosted with Marc Summers, began airing in February 2008. Fieri is also the co-owner of Johnny Garlic s California Pasta Grill in Windsor and Santa Rosa, CA, as well as Tex Wasabi s in Sacramento and Santa Rosa and Russell Ramsay s Chop House in Santa Rosa. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and lives in Santa Rosa, CA, with his wife, Lori, and their sons, Hunter and Ryder.

Ann Volkwein is a food and lifestyle writer and editor based in New York City and Austin, TX. She holds a BA in anthropology from Barnard College and a certificate from the Institute for Culinary Education in New York. Her editorial work has appeared on Food Network, in The Explorers Journal, and on Cooking.com, among others. Her previous books include The Healthy Table (co-authored with Luiz Ratto), The Arthur Avenue Cookbook, and Chinatown New York.
