CAMILLA MORTON is a London-based fashion writer and the author of the international bestseller How to Walk in High Heels, which has been translated into over twenty languages worldwide. She was the runway reporter for Vogue.com, covering all international and couture collections. Morton has written for several magazines, newspapers, and blogs, including Time magazine's Style and Design supplement, W magazine, and Harper's Bazaar, both in the U.S. and the U.K, and currently contributes to WSJ and American Vogue. DIANE VON FURSTENBURG, who first arrived in New York in 1972 with a suitcase full of her iconic wrap dresses, changed the way women dressed. Her name became synonymous with style, confidence, female freedom, and living the American dream. DVF has pioneered fashion and business, built and sold a cosmetics company, founded a publishing house, and through her company and family foundation supports many philanthropic causes-especially for women and the environment.
