ACADEMIC: Though this is not primarily a textbook, both authors intend to use it in their undergrad and graduate VLSI design classes, (at Nangyang and Purdue) and expect that other schools will as well. Taught at the elective junior/senior and grad level, most of these courses have between 20 and 30 students. Purdue is a leading US school in the area, as are USC, Rutgers, Berkeley, Penn State, and the University of Minnesota. INTERNATIONAL: Much of the cutting work in this area is done in Asia. Given Dr. Yeo's standing at Nangyang University, it should have a warm reception in the territory.
