L'autore:

John H. Zenger is the cofounderof the executive education firmZenger|Folkman. Coauthor ofthe bestselling books The ExtraordinaryLeader and The InspiringLeader, he was inducted intothe Human Resources Development Hallof Fame in 1994 and received the ThoughtLeader Award from his industry colleagues in2005.

Kathleen Stinnett is a seniorconsultant and executive coachwith Zenger|Folkman. Sheserves on the faculty of theHudson Institute of SantaBarbara, leading foundationalworkshops required for the professional certification program. In 2005, Stinnett earned theMaster Certified Coach credential (MCC)through the International Coaching Federation.
