Thomas M. Thomas II, is the founder of Netcerts.com, a leading training and education site for Cisco certification. He was previously a Course Developer for Cisco Systems and was a Group Leader of the Advanced Systems Solutions Engineering team for MCI's Managed Network Services. In his spare time, he has authored OSPF Network Design Solution and Thomas' Telecom and Networking Dictionary. He also likes to work with the Research Triangle Park, North Carolina chapter of the Cisco Professional Association Worldwide (www.ciscopaw.org). Tom is currently working as an Instructor/Consultant for Chesapeake Network Solutions (www.ccci.com).

Michael Coker, CCNP, MCSE, MCP+I, CNA, is a consultant at Netigy Corporation, a Strategic Alliance Partner with Cisco, where he provides e-business infrastructure planning, design, and implementation. Michael is a member of Netigy's Global Security Practice, focusing on VPN design solutions as well as vulnerability assessments and facilitated risk analysis of customers' e-business architectures.
