Dorian Cougias is the founder of Network Frontiers, Inc., a leader in Macintosh connectivity. They develop and publish course material and implement training programs for all network support staff. They also offer the AppleTalk Network Design, Management, and Troubleshooting Series to dealers, network administrators, VARs, and trainers at various Apple Market Centers across the country, as well as on-site to their larger clients.
Tom Dell is a journalist and consultant who has been involved in the use of print production networks for more than 10 years. He was Senior Editor for the Macintosh programming and training firm of Bear River Associates, and at Network Frontiers has applied his experience to the needs of such clients as Apple Computer, Inc., Regis McKenna Public Relations, and Ketchum Advertising.
E.L. Heiberger, a programmer for both the Macintosh and the PC, was project manager at Bear River Associates for the network technology division, where she laid the groundwork for the national training program. Today she continues to combine her knowledge of marketing, business management and technology at Network Frontiers as Managing Partner. She coordinates all facets of Network Frontiers' training program and oversees the AppleTalk Certified Engineer Program. As a member of BICSI, she teaches design of cabling schemes for CAT5 networks and consults extensively for clients in need of cable design specifications.
