ROBERT LANGRAN is professor of political science at Villanova University. His area of expertise is American constitutional law, and he also teaches a course on Government and Business. He has won the Lindback Award for Distinguished Teaching and the Faculty Service Award. He has published a book on the Supreme Court, which is in its fourth edition, plus numerous articles.

MARTIN SCHNITZER is a professor o international management at Virginia Tech. He has taught economics at the University of Arkansas, the University of Florida, and Virginia Tech. He has published many books, including Comparative Economic Systems, which is in its eighth edition, and has served as a consultant to the Joint Economic Committee of the U.S. Congress and the House Ways and Means Committee. He is a former editor of the Virginia Social Science Journal.
