Panther poo means scary poo to shrews. If they smell scary panther poo, they have to run like mad because panthers love to snack on shrews. Unfortunately, Tiny Shrew can't smell anything much - he can't even tell the difference between a butterfly and poo. Naturally his mother is worried about his chances of survival in the deep, dark jungle and Tiny Shrew becomes too ashamed - and scared - to venture out of his burrow.
