A Practical Approach series is the perfect partner for practice work. Each title focuses on one field of the law, providing a comprehensive overview of the subject together with clear, practical advice and tips on issues likely to arise in practice. There is also provision for a Community Infrastructure Levy which will provide local councils with the option of imposing a levy upon development, with the funds raised being used to finance major infrastructure projects e.g. hospitals and schools. Now in its eleventh edition, A Practical Approach to Planning Law continues to provide a comprehensive and systematic guide to the principles and practice of planning law. Containing coverage of all recent cases as well as important developments since the publication of the previous ed
