Paolo Mengozzi is Advocate General at the Court of Justice of the Europian Union. John G. Merrills is Emeritus Professor of International Law at the University of Sheffield. Rafael Nieto Navia is Professor of Public International Law at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana of Bogota. Anna Oriolo is Aggregate Professor of International Criminal Law at the University of Salerno. William Schabas is Chairman of the Irish Centre for Human Rights at the University of Ireland. Anna Virgorito is Research Fellow in International Law at the University of Salerno.
