Overall, this is an excellent textbook. It certainly deserves a place on the library shelf in any oncology unit and should be required reading for any trainees in oncology (Roger Woodruff)

This is an exceptional update of the most authoritative book in psycho-oncology.While there are other books on psychological issues in the care of persons with cancer, this one is the most comprehensive and expertly written.
