This is an extremely useful book that, despite its size, covers almost everything. It is clearly written and the graphs and tables are easy to follow. It is an excellent mix of detailed descriptions of common issues and general discussions of the principles of anesthetic management for uncommon conditions. It will not disappoint any physician who wishes to keep a handbook in a pocket for quick reference.
