Cet ouvrage ayant paru en même tema que notre premier volume, nous n'avions pu le consulter; mms nous nous félicitons de nous etre rencontrés plus d' uñiilois avec ses idées. Le savant auteur chap. 8 part. 1 pag. 157 du volume prétend, que la question, qur les num: anglaises avant la conquête est indécise nous avons, cru pouvoir différer de ses cpinlons sur les autorités alléguées par lui - même.
