En exécution de cet arrêté la commission, réunie auprès du Ministre de l'intérieur, a préparé le Projet de code de commerce qui a été présenté aux Consuls le 13 frimaire an 10.
Les Consuls en ont ordonné l'impression et l'envoi aux tribunaux et aux conseils de commerce.
