David Buckley lives with his wife and two daughters in Munich, Germany. Originally from Liverpool, in 1993 he was awarded his doctorate from the Institute of Popular Music at Liverpool University. He is now working as a freelance writer and reviewer.

He and J.J. Burnell,Garry Coward-Williams, and Hugh Cornwell formed a band in 1975 that went on to become the infamous punk band - the STRANGLERS. 313 pages including INDEX and complemented by several b/w photographs. You'll enjoy the anecdote about JJ and the drum booth on page 112.
