STEPHEN GULLO, Ph.D. is former chair of the National Obesity and Weight Control Institute at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center and President of the Institute for Health and Weight Sciences in New York and Beverly Hills. Dr. Gullo is a frequent contributor to Allure magazine. He has appeared on Larry King and Oprah and his work has been featured in The New York Times, Self, and Prevention magazines. He lives in New York City.
