Montaro immediately recognizes it as the companion of a coin he analyzed as a graduate student working in a lab at MIT, which was later returned to its unidentified owner. The coin’s appearance draws the attention of scientists, collectors, financiers, and thieves, all of whom vie to get their hands on it, and Montaro himself hopes that the discovery of the coin will save his company. Sidney Poitier is an Academy Award–winning actor, a film director, a author, and a diplomat. He is the author of three bestselling autobiographical books, This Life, The Measure of a Man: A Spiritual Autobiography, and Life Beyond Measure: Letters to My Great-Granddaughter. Born in Miami, Florida, Poitier was raised in the Bahamas and currently lives in Beverly Hills, California, with his wife of more than four decades, Joanna Shimkus Poitier.
