Margaret Fraser, editor of The Canadian Living Microwave Cookbook, worked closely with the staff of Canadian Living's test kitchen in preparing and testing the recipes and menus featured here. Margaret was a major contributor to The Canadian Living Cookbook and a Canadian contributor to Time-Life's Meals in Minutes series. She is also the co-author of The Total Fibre Book, a cookbook and nutrition guide for healthy living.
