Seyed A. (Reza) Zekavat, PhD, is Associate Professor and thefounder of the wireless positioning lab at Michigan Tech. Prof.Zekavat is the founder of VIEWComm. Co., a position locationcompany. He is active on the technical program committees forseveral IEEE international conferences, serving as a committeechair or member, and he is currently with the IET Wireless SensorSystems editorial board. His research has been supported by federalagencies and industries including the NSF, ARL, and NationalInstruments.

R. Michael Buehrer, PhD, is an Associate Professor in theBradley Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering atVirginia Tech. His research at Virginia Tech has been sponsored byseveral federal agencies including DARPA, ONR, and NSF, as well asby many companies, including Qualcomm, Motorola, and severalothers.
