Mit diesem Buch als Hilfe kann jeder, der bisher 'nur' gewöhnliche IR (infrarot), UV (ultraviolett) oder sichtbare Adsorptions- oder Fluoreszenz-Emissions-Messungen durchgeführt hat, nun auch polarisierte Spektren messen, und er wird dabei noch einiges mehr über die untersuchten Verbindungen lernen.
