DR. JOE GOLDBLATT, CSEP, is Dean of The Alan Shawn Feinstein Graduate School at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. He founded The Event Management Program at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and was executive producer of his own special events firm.
