A retired professor at Jersey City State College he also served as Director of the Instructional Materials Center at Rutgers University Graduate School of Education. In 1975 he received that school's Alumni Award for Distinguished Service to Education.The author enlisted in the armed forces during World War II and served as a weatherman in the United States Army Air Corps.
