Prior to his current position Al was E-Learning Programs Manager for the Knowledge Management and Delivery Group at Cisco. He is also currently a doctoral candidate at Nova Southeastern University, pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer and Information Science, specializing in the application of technology to learning, knowledge and performance improvement.Jim Hollahan, an expert in e-learning, helps organizations build effective professional development and in-service training programs.
