He is Professor Emeritus of Social Science at Brunel University, England, and is Visiting Research Professor of Management Science at George Washington University, Washington, DC.<br /> <p><b>Stephen D. Clement</b> has spent fifteen years in the field of leadership development in the US Army where he was instrumental in developing policy and doctrine for leadership training.
