Wayne Haimila is a B.C. lawyer, journalist and political advisor of Cree, Tsimshian and Métis ancestry. He currently travels the country on Native land claims' business.
Peter McFarlane is a Montreal-based pilot and writer specializing in Native affairs. He is the author of Northern Shadow: Canadians in Central America and Brotherhood to Nationhood: The Making of the Modern Indian Movement. He is the owner of the single-engine Cessna used on the journey described in Ancient Land, Ancient Sky.
