L'autore:

Marian Fowler received a Ph.D in English literature from the University of Toronto after writing her dissertation on the novels of Jane Austen. She is a recipient of the Canadian Biography Award and lives in Toronto, where she is frequently heard on CBC Radio's "Fresh Air."
