Before becoming an author of books on interior design and architecture, Susan Abramson was a fashion merchandising consultant for Associated Merchandising Corporation, an international group of department stores.
A passionate collector of art and antiques, as well as an avid world traveler, Marcie Stuchin nourished her love of art and design early in her career in Public Affairs for the Guggenheim Museum and later as Public Relations Officer for Sotheby's North America. As co-founder of the venture capital firm, Access Capital, she served as Managing Director for marketing.
Ms. Abramson and Ms. Stuchin have collaborated on four other books for PBC International, Incorporated: Shops & Boutiques 2000: Designer Stores and Brand Imagery; Showhouses: Signature Designer Styles; Waterside Homes; and Bedrooms and Private Spaces: Designer Dreamscapes. They both live in the New York Metropolitan area with their husbands and children.
