Sceptre is the literary imprint of Hodder & Stoughton, publishing outstanding fiction and non-fiction by writers from around the world for over thirty years. Its mission is to publish books that matter and will last, that are thought-provoking, enriching, beautifully written and engage both heart and mind; books for readers looking not only to be entertained but to have their horizons broadened, knowledge deepened, perspectives shifted and imaginations fired. They are highly selective and publish only a small number of titles each year. They like to discover captivating and unusual new voices, to nurture talent over the long term and to offer readers a diverse range of books that we believe they will love as much as we do. Their goal is excellence - excellent writing, excellently published. Codice articolo 87751
