Shannon Grey, Ed.D., earned her Bachelor of Science degree in early childhood development from New York University; her Master of Education, Elementary/Language Arts from Rutgers, The State University; and her Doctorate of Education, Sociology and Philosophical Foundations of Education Specialization in Curriculum Theory and Development from Rutgers, The State University.

Dr. Grey has been an elementary school teacher, a curriculum developer, and staff trainer for kindergarten through 12th grade faculty members, staff, and administrators. She holds a permanent Supervisor Certificate, Teacher Pre-K to Grade 6 in New Jersey and New York. She currently is a faculty lecturer at Princeton University.
