The editors have achieved their goal of combining information about the experiences of infants and parents, with the father's role significantly included. The chapter, 'Parenting and infant development following conception by ART' is an excellent review of the literature on ART families and provides valuable information for health care professionals, which will hopefully be put into practice. The need for more research in this field is also stressed. ...(a) well presented and informative book.
