Re-enactment groups have mushroomed in the United States and Canada, New Zealand, Great Britain and continental Europe. ERIK ROTH attended the University of California at Berkeley and spent 20 years working as a goldsmith making and selling mediaeval jewellery. He is a lifelong mediaeval enthusiast and an archery specialist, and a member of the archery group Saint Hubert s Rangers. He has written for Primitive Archer magazine. Erik continues to make authentic Longbows. He lives in Ontario, Canada.
