Duane Graham Foster is a professional poet blessed with the God-given gift to express inspirational, motivational, and spiritual spoken words. He shows a passion for poetry and clearly states that because of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, he can do all things. He shows a real desire to help people. He believes that true development and self improvement can be accessed through the Word of God. His soul purpose is to be a living witness and an example of how Christ can reconstruct a lost soul. He also believes by faith, with works, and perseverance, the promises of God can be manifested into reality. Through the visions and blessings of God he founded a non-profit, Christian networking organization called THE S.W.I.M. Team Organization. S.W.I.M. is the acronym for Saints With Invincible Minds. Writing poetry since 1984, he has matured through Christ and developed his gift of poetry into a form of ministry. He has appeared at several different poetry venues, churches and business seminars throughout the states of Virginia, North Carolina, and the District of Columbia. He has also displayed his gift on Christian radio broadcasts and has recorded poems infused with jazz and hip-hop soundtracks. These recordings are due to be released in the year 2002. His first major collaboration of poetic stories and poems is entitled 'Don't Look At Me'. This title is a bold statement defining that God doesn't look at man's outward appearance but judgeth a man by his heart. This was best said by the Word of God, (1st Samuel 16:7). One of many powerful and wise quotes of The Blacksheep is, 'Don't just read and talk about it, fight to be about it! At times the fight may not be easy, but that's a part of the sacrifice.
