L'autore:

Dr Sonja Vegdahl was born in the state of Minnesota, USA. She received her Masters in Social Work at the University of Chicago in 1981, shortly before moving to Korea, where she lived for seven years. She obtained her PhD in Social Work and Social Research at Portland State University and currently is a professor of Social Work at Concordia University in Portland, Oregon. Dr Vegdahl also does consulting for businesses that work with Korea and has a clinical practice working with individuals and families. Born in Korea, Dr Ben Seunghwa Hur came to the United States to obtain his MS in Speech Communication at Illinois State University and a Masters in Public Health at the University of California at Berkeley. He obtained his PhD in Higher Education/Speech Communication at the University of Iowa. He returned to Korea to teach for most of the 1980s. He currently teaches Speech Communication at Sierra College in Sacramento, California. Dr Hur also does research, writing and consultation in intercultural communication and health behaviours.
