Lynne Ellis has been involved in youth ministry for more than 20 years.  She worked with Doug Fields during the first 10 years of building Saddleback Church's Purpose Driven Youth Ministry and still continues to be the vice-president of his fan club.  She has been mobilizing students and adults for short-term mission trips and long term impact her entire ministry and currently serves as the Reach Missions Pastor at Overlake Christian Church n Redmond, WA.  Lynne lives with her beautiful daughter Jaydn, whom she adopted from China.  She loves equipping and empowering leaders to impact their world. 

Doug Fields has been in youth ministry since 1979 and us currently the pastor to students at Saddleback Church in Southern California.  He's the author of more than 40 books, including the best-selling Purpose Driven Youth Ministry and Your First Two Years in Youth Ministry and is the founder of Simply Youth Ministry.  Doug is most comfortable hanging out with his family and drinking Diet Pepsi.
