DONNA RIECHMANN developed the TPQ as a result of research for her doctoral dissertation and has used the questionnaire in over 100 team development workshops. She has published articles in several national journals and is adjunct staff at the prestigious Center for Creative Leadership. Donna has held a variety of management positions in corporations and founded her own consulting firm in 1986. She specializes in helping clients create high-performing teams and achieve superior organizational results. Her client list includes AT & T, Glaxo Wellcome, NASA, and the United States Postal Service, and she has consulted internationally with several organizations. Donna has been a team member all her life--through family, sports, work, and volunteer activities.
