Eric Beall is the author of the recently released “Making Music Make Money” (Berklee Press/Hal Leonard), and a respected music industry veteran, having held senior creative posts at Zomba Music, Jive Records, and Sony/ATV Music. Currently, he is A&R at Shapiro Bernstein, one of the industry’s most venerable independent music publishers.  Prior to joining the executive ranks, Eric was an accomplished songwriter and record producer with several Top Ten hits for artists like Diana Ross, The Jacksons, Martha Wash, and Joey Lawrence. He frequently speaks at music industry conventions and teaches “Music Publishing 101,” an online course he created for the prestigious Berklee College of Music.

ERIC BEALL, an experienced A&R executive for leading music publishers, including Zomba Music, Sony ATV, and Shapiro Bernstein, has written and produced pop hits for Joey Lawrence, Martha Wash, Diana Ross, and many others.
