Lagretta Tallent Lenker is Co-Director of the Center for Applied Humanities and Acting Director of the Division of Lifelong Learning at the University of South Florida. Deats and Lenker are Co-editors, most recently, of The Aching Hearth: Family Violence in Life and Literature (Plenum Press, 1992).
