About the Author:

Victoria Woodhall is a journalist with 20 years' experience as a writer and editor and is currently Deputy Features Editor at The Mail on Sunday's YOU magazine. She has practised yoga at triyoga since it opened in 2000 and is now a Yoga Alliance-certified yoga teacher. Jonathan Sattin is the Founder and Managing Director of triyoga in London, and started practising yoga in 1984. He also teaches weekly meditation classes at triyoga. www.triyoga.co.uk
