It’s the start of term at Winchesterfield-Downsfordvale, and Alice-Miranda and her friends are over the moon to learn about one of the school’s new charity projects—they are going to become the proud carers of a dog rescued from a nearby pound! While walking the school’s new dog, Alice-Miranda and Millie stumble upon something very worrying and will have to act fast in order to save the day!
