Tugrul Keskin is an Assistant Professor of International and Middle East Studies, affiliated with the Center for Turkish Studies at Portland State University. He is the Middle East Studies Coordinator at PSU, moderates the Sociology of Islam Listserv, the largest academic mailing list on Islam globally, and is the editor of Sociology of Islam and Muslim Societies Newsletter.
